"Mrs. Jordan my local representative is the only reason why I give four stars. My opinion mostly is based upon my relationship with her. I have been with this agency since I bought my house in 2010. The service has always been spectacular as far as the agents go. Especially with Mrs. Jordan! She is a wonderful representative of the company and treats people like people, and not just an account. That being said, I do not like State Farm the company she works for. Due to policies and lack of true customer care on the company’s behalf. I would rate a 2!!! I feel state farm is just another greedy corporation, trying to steal peoples money and not look out for the individual! Thank God, you guys are blessed with a young lady like Mrs. Jordan!!! as a company, you do not deserve her.
